Job Title: QA/QC SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Specialist to support a hospital project focused on the remodel of 224 restrooms. This role will require meticulous attention to detail, especially in the waterproofing application for floor drains, fixtures, and walls.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet company standards.
+ Conduct thorough testing of products, services, and processes to identify defects or areas for improvement.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and enhance product functionality.
+ Document and track quality assurance results, providing detailed reports on testing outcomes.
+ Provide product development teams with input on enhancing overall quality, usability, and functionality.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality guidelines.
+ Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, checklists, and reports.
+ Monitor and review customer feedback and complaints to identify potential quality concerns.
+ Train and mentor junior team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of QA/QC experience.
+ Experience working on commercial construction projects.
+ Proven experience in quality assurance, testing, or a similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of quality management principles and best practices.
+ Familiarity with quality assurance tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
+ Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and testing strategies.
+ Proficient in using quality management tools and software.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Experience supporting a hospital construction project.
+ JOC experience is preferred.
Work Environment
The position is onsite at a hospital location in Arizona, with a Monday to Friday schedule. Specific start and end times are to be determined.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Gilbert, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
