    Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing high-volume invoice processing and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process a large volume of invoices, exceeding 1,000 per week, with precision and attention to detail.

    • Perform comprehensive 3-way matching and verify purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

    • Accurately input invoices into the designated financial system.

    • Assist with check runs and manage expense reports efficiently.

    • Collaborate with team members to support timely and accurate financial processes. Requirements • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable roles.

    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment; experience in manufacturing is a plus.

    • Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system is highly desirable.

    • Proficiency in using AP automation software, such as Medius, is preferred.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial tasks.
