Senior Client Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Client Associate to join a top‑tier wealth management team serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. This role combines client relationship management, strategic planning support, and leadership responsibilities within a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting broader firm initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ 6–8 years of experience in client‑facing roles within wealth management or a family office (must‑have)

+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; detail‑oriented, proactive, and client‑focused

+ Strong understanding of estate planning concepts and tax‑efficient strategies

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and custodial platforms preferred
