Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can deliver outstanding service in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle service inquiries, complaints, and product information requests in both languages.

+ Maintain accurate notes and customer logs.

+ Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues quickly.

+ Maintain a positive, helpful attitude.

+ Bilingual in Spanish and English.

+ Customer service or call center experience preferred.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to use standard office and customer tracking tools.
