Due to our continued growth, United Recovery and Remarketing is now seeking a detail oriented person for an immediate opening as a Consumer Relations Rep at our headquarters in Collierville, TN. This position pays up to $18 per hour with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:15-5:15pm.

Job Duties:

+ Enter, track, and manage claims using Customer Relationship Management software.

+ Provide superior customer service via phone and email.

+ Communicate claims process to customers.

+ Build rapport with our agent and lot staff and our vendor agent network.

+ Run reports and complete monthly reports for clients.

+ Analyze trends for client and vendor claims and report findings to internal team members to create resolutions.

+ Prepare for and participate in weekly claims meetings.
