Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to manage all aspects of financial operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Manage and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Utilize QuickBooks to record and track financial transactions efficiently.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.

• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Process invoices and payments while maintaining proper documentation.

• Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and transactions.

• Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance bookkeeping efficiency. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.

• Proven ability to perform bank reconciliations with precision.

• Familiarity with preparing financial statements and reports.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
