    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This contract role is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt, provide excellent service, and support customers during peak periods or special projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

    + Assist customers with account updates, order processing, returns, and troubleshooting issues.

    + Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain confidentiality of customer data.

    + Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.

    + Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status, delays, or service updates.

    + Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management for process improvement.

    + Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to ensure customer needs are met.

    + Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information.

    + Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.

    + Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
