    Position: Pricing Analyst (Pricing & Operations Focus)

     

    About the Role

     

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep pricing work and wants to influence profitability and operational efficiency. The position is heavier on pricing strategy and analysis, while also supporting operational execution and process improvement in a global environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Develop, analyze, and maintain pricing models to support margin and profitability goals

     

    - Analyze pricing structures, discounts, and cost drivers

     

    - Conduct competitive and market pricing analysis

     

    - Support customer, product, and contract pricing decisions

     

    - Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments

     

    - Partner with operations to ensure pricing accuracy and proper implementation

     

    - Support pricing workflows, approvals, and documentation

     

    - Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and reporting

     

    - Prepare recurring pricing, margin, and performance reports for stakeholders

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field

     

    - 2–5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or revenue analytics

     

    - Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables; modeling experience preferred)

     

    - Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into recommendations

     

    - Understanding of margin analysis, cost structures, and pricing strategy

     

    - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment

    Preferred Experience

    - Exposure to operational, supply chain, or globally supported pricing environments

     

    - Experience with ERP, CRM, or pricing systems

     

    - Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
