    Description

    The Business Architect will operate at a systems and enterprise level, owning end-to-end business and application workflows across multiple teams. This role focuses on defining how business processes, data, and systems interact, ensuring alignment between product strategy and technical delivery. The Business Architect will partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to identify dependencies, integration points, and impacts across platforms while disseminating architectural guidance to multiple delivery teams.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Architecture roles

    • Experience supporting multiple development or product teams

    • Strong documentation of system flows, data models, and integrations

    • Background in fintech, payments, healthcare, or large-scale platforms

    • Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
