Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client that is looking for a talented and imaginative Sr Graphic Designer to become an integral part of our creative team in Denver, Colorado. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from digital and print designs to out-of-home campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to adapt brand standards creatively while maintaining production-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Create and refine marketing and advertising materials tailored for digital, print, and out-of-home campaigns.

• Prepare production-ready designs that meet technical specifications and ensure seamless pre-production processes.

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to implement and maintain brand guidelines across various media formats.

• Develop compelling visual assets that align with brand standards for web, display advertising, corporate identity, and other platforms.

• Adapt and customize brand elements to ensure cohesive execution across all deliverables.

• Design and produce high-quality visuals that align with marketing goals while adhering to established brand identity.

• Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to enhance design quality within the framework of existing brand standards.

• Apply a deep understanding of brand identity to explore new ways to stretch and customize its application in campaigns.

Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.

• Expertise in producing assets for digital, print, and out-of-home media formats.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and production processes.

• Exceptional creative skills with a keen eye for uncovering opportunities within established brand frameworks.

• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality design work.

• Versatility in designing across multimedia platforms, ensuring brand consistency in web, display, print collateral, and corporate identity.

• Experience translating brand guidelines into effective and engaging designs across diverse formats. Innovation starts with people.®
