Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Buffalo, New York. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing recruitment processes, fostering positive relationships, and leveraging technology to streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track recruitment progress efficiently.
• Conduct background checks and verify potential hires to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using tools like ADP Workforce Now and other CRM systems.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and supporting benefit functions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
• Work in a business casual environment while meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to create reports, presentations, and documentation related to recruitment activities. Requirements • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools.
• Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other HR-related software.
• Ability to conduct background checks and manage compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
