    Description Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)

     

    Employment Type: permanent

     

    Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 + Bonus

     

    Our growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and wants to grow their accounting career in a collaborative, detail oriented environment.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

     

    Enter, review, and maintain accurate financial data within the accounting system

     

    Reconcile bank statements and support month-end close activities

     

    Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments

     

    Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation

     

    Assist with audits and special accounting projects as needed

     

    Partner with the accounting and finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

     

    1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or relevant internship experience

     

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus

     

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

     

    Reliable, detail oriented, and team-oriented approach
