Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is detail-oriented and eager to create a productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
+ Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and manage correspondence.
+ Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
+ Prepare and file reports, invoices, and memos.
+ Order office supplies and support office managers as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ 1–3 years of experience in an office environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Organized and attentive to details.
