Description

We are looking for an accounting clerk temp. The position is temp to hire. Please see below for the requirements.

Pay range is now $20-$30 depending on experience. The candidate must be:

Bilingual Japanese

Accounting Experience at least 1 year

Proficient with excel

Full cycle accounting including AP/AR plus reconciliation and closing experience (preferred)

OR

Bilingual in any other Asian language:

Accounting experience 2-3 years minimum

Proficient with excel

Full cycle accounting including AP/AR plus reconciliations and month end closing experience

Preparing financial statements: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Reconciling reports to financial data: Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.

Complete basic bookkeeping functions: Including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and conducting bank reconciliations.

Assist with tax return preparation: Collect and organize necessary documents for annual tax filings.

Financial analysis: Analyze financial data and prepare reports to help guide financial decisions.

Assist in budget preparation: Work with the management team to help develop a company budget.

Perform audits: Conduct internal financial audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures.

Ensuring compliance with state revenue service.

Proactively updating knowledge of current accounting procedures and principles.
