Join Kuehne+Nagel as a National Expo and Events Logistics Expert and play a key role in supporting our international exhibitions team. You’ll manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international events, ensuring seamless coordination of shipments, budget control, and onsite project execution. This position offers global travel opportunities and the chance to work on exciting, high-profile projects.

How you create impact

+ Provide comprehensive support for client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions and proactive engagement.

+ Oversee multimodal logistics for event shipments, including air, sea, and land transportation, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

+ Manage onsite event operations, including infrastructure setup, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.

+ Plan and schedule shipments, liaise with internal teams and carriers, and ensure customs and regulatory compliance.

+ Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and monitor project progress.

What we would like you to bring

+ 3+ years in logistics or event coordination.

+ Strong customer orientation, adaptability, and ability to work independently.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

+ Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic & international).
