    Job Description

    Currently seeking an Engraver for a full-time temporary to permanent position in North Attleboro, MA.

     

    Responsibilities of Engraver

     

    -Engrave letters and figures on to products utilizing engraving machines and tools

     

    -Set-up machines by inserting specified letters and figures into frames and positioning work piece into machine

     

    -Set-up and operate Xenetech engraving machine and Sprit 50W laser

     

    -Examine and prepare articles and patterns to be engraved

     

    -Enter the order into the computer system

     

    -Cut letters or designs in work piece

     

    -perform quality checks throughout process

     

    -Polish products by hand or with polishing wheels

     

    -Make repairs to any defects as needed

     

    -Perform other related duties as assigned

    Requirements of Engraver:

    -Minimum High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

     

    -1+ year engraving experience

     

    -Past experience in Badge manufacturing

     

    -Previous experience operating Xenetech engravers and/or laser machines

     

    -Superior attention to detail and organizational skills

     

    -Able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time

     

    -Good computer skills including Microsoft Office software and ERP

     

    -Ability to multi-task and meet deadline

     

    -Strong written and verbal communication skills

     

    -Possess problem solving and analytical skills

     

    -Able to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks

    Hours: 7:00am-3:45 pm Monday Friday

    Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
