Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Sr. Mainframe Developer. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Ability to travel and/or relocate is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Sr. Mainframe Developer will design, develop, and maintains applications for large, central computer systems (mainframes), using COBOL and other mainframe-specific languages. Analyze business needs, translate them into technical specifications, write and test code, and troubleshoot issues. This role also involves collaborating with other teams, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus six (6) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include at least five (5) years of experience working with: COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, and VSAM. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $139,027 - $145,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
