    Role Overview:

    + Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, UPS, Vuetura, and Coupa.

    + Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.

    + Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.

    + Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute supplies accurately and timely to patient floors and clinical areas.

    + Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies, linens, oxygen tanks, and pantry items daily.

    + Process returns, manage mail distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.

    + Supervise truck deliveries, assign loading bays, and provide necessary unloading equipment.

    + Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.

    + Collect and transport specimens and time-sensitive materials between locations within set timelines.

    Key Qualification & Core Skills:

    + Able to optimally communicate.

    + Must be able to work independently and have analytical and problem solving skills.

    + Location: 1133 York Ave, New York, NY 10065

    + Schedule **:** Monday to Friday, 2p to 10p. Weekend & Holidays as needed(these hours will vary)

    + Report to Assistant Manager, Materials Management
