    About the Role

     

    As the Volunteer Driver Manager, you will lead, support, and inspire our team of employees and volunteer drivers who help community members access essential services. This role requires a balance of leadership, strategy, and heart.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    Recruit, train, and support volunteer drivers

     

    Foster a positive, mission-focused team environment

     

    Oversee scheduling and program operations

     

    Communicate with clients, staff, and volunteers

     

    Problem-solve daily operational challenges

     

    Track performance, identify trends, and implement improvements

     

    Serve as a trusted leader who motivates and empowers others

     

    Identify, develop and drive department growth

     

    Budget management
