    **Texas Health Flower Mound**

    **Work location:** Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound 4400 Long Prairie Road Flower Mound TX 75028

    **Work hours:** Full Time Days (Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week.

    THFM IT Department highlights:

    * Hospital onsite role working directly with the Radiology Department and ITS

    Here's What You Need

    * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field OR 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)

    * 4 years Application support experience, preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)

    * PACS experience (Highly Preferred)

    What You Will Do

    * Provide day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually

    * Deliver application using deployment systems, oversee upgrades and enhancements, and coordinate interfaces of applications

    * Oversee management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.

    * Proficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.

    * Serve as mentor for less experienced staff. Participate in special projects and/or perform other duties as assigned.
