ESG Finance Program Management - Associate

Join the team that is delivering strategic data and technology transformation to the ESG Controller reporting process.
As an Associate of the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture (FFBA) team, you will work closely with ESG Product Management, ESG Controllers, Corporate Technology, Financial Control and other FFBA Program Management teams to collectively deliver the ESG Controller Reporting Data and Technology Transformation. The FFBA ESG team is looking for an Associate who will be part of a high-performing team of project and data management professionals focused on delivering large-scale transformation.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Partner with project stakeholders to set and manage project scope, implementation plan, project plans, timelines, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies while monitoring and recalibrating scope as necessary
+ Act as a point person for various end to end strategic initiatives to govern and execute according to agreed plans through the SDLC
+ Maintain a robust communication and governance plan, including status reporting on major milestones or risks to the project leads
+ Create reliable operating model documentation to support BAU production processes in ESG Controllers and FFC
+ Prepare for project forums to communicate status of work, including various Working Group, Steering Committee, and stakeholder management meetings.
+ Own the meeting minutes and actions log, including proactive coordination with stakeholders for resolution of actions.
+ Own maintenance of various other project artifacts, including Confluence, OneNote and Teams SharePoint.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ 3+ years of project management or project delivery experience required, with particular focus in a Finance/Banking and/or Data space
+ Analytical and problem solving skills, with desire to submerge into the detail of a topic, issue or deliverable to understand the underlying concept
+ Experience in preparing high quality presentational materials and documentation
+ Keen attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment
+ Able to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ Understanding of Finance / Accounting processes within Banking
+ Experience with Agile project methodology and work environments
+ Ability to collaborate across department and; strong interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in key MS Office apps (Word, Excel & Power Point), JIRA, Confluence & Monday.com
