    Contractor – Senior Project Coordinator, Communications

     

    Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

     

    Pay: $20/hour

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide senior-level administrative and project support to SVP, Communications & Corporate Affairs.

    + Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses (Concur).

    + Support budgeting, POs, invoices, and vendor agreements.

    + Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain departmental records.

    + Assist with internal communications projects and event planning.

    + Liaise across teams and create/edit Word, PowerPoint, and Excel materials.

    + Serve as SharePoint site owner and track milestones/action items.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + Experience in coordination / admin roles; pharma / biotech a plus.

    + Strong communication, organization, and digital skills; MS Office proficiency.
