• Customer Service Analyst

    System One (Addison, IL)


    Job Title: Analyst, Inventory Customer Service

     

    Shift: 1st Shift – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    Schedule: Monday – Friday

    Pay: $24.04/hr

    Responsibilities

    + Complete inventory transactions accurately and timely (receiving, ship confirming, and adjusting inventories).

    + Monitor in-transit inventory and reconcile discrepancies with internal teams and 3PL providers.

    + Ensure internal transfers and customer orders are entered into the system accurately (99.9% accuracy rate).

    + Troubleshoot case fill issues and maintain 99.5% case fill.

    + Track on-time delivery issues and maintain 98% on-time delivery.

    + Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Distribution, 3PLs, and Customers.

    + Prepare and provide accurate inventory and order reports.

    + Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    + Excellent communication skills in English.

    + Experience with Oracle OM and Inventory preferred; strong proficiency in Outlook and Excel.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing deadlines.

    + Strong relationship-building skills with customers and cross-functional teams.

    + CPG experience preferred.
