Floating Cleaner / Custodial Support

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift

Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour (based on assignment)

Floating Cleaners are trusted, go-to team members who support different locations as needed and gain experience across multiple environments.

What You’ll Do

+ Travel between assigned sites to support cleaning teams

+ Duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom care

+ Clean common areas such as offices, breakrooms, locker rooms, stairwells, and high-touch surfaces

+ Use cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums and floor scrubbers (training provided)

+ Follow site-specific procedures to keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for use

Who We’re Looking For

+ Dependable and motivated individuals

+ Ability to adapt to different sites and work independently

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Cleaning experience helpful, but not required
