Schedule: 2 nd Shift

Pay: $23.00/hour

Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Custodial Manager to support custodial operations in a school environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on training staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

+ Train, coach, and support custodial staff to ensure consistent quality

+ Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs

+ Lead by example by maintaining cleanliness and professionalism

+ Step in to assist with cleaning tasks as needed

+ Support the Manager with communication and team coordination

Qualifications

+ Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred

+ Experience in cleaning, facilities, or a related field

+ Strong communication and leadership skills

+ Ability to work evenings

+ Reliable transportation
