    **DESCRIPTION** :

     

    How Will You Make an Impact?:

     

    As a Sr Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a smooth supply chain and supporting our customers' needs.

     

    A Day in the Life:

    + Picking orders and putting material away

    + Conducting cycle counts and receiving inventory

    + Loading and unloading freight

    + Supporting 5S activities

    + Assisting internal customers with issues and escalations

    + Communicating work status and any issues to leadership

    **REQUIREMENTS** :

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Experience:

    Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field

     

    Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers, forklifts)

     

    Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    + PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience

    + ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) / WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience

    + Ability to stand for 8 hours

    + Capable of lifting 45lbs repeatedly

    + Competent in Microsoft Suite

    + Strong communication skills

    + Problem-solving and escalation management abilities

    Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

    + Warehouse environment that is not climate controlled

    + Safety toe shoes are required at all times

    + Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects regularly
