**MANTECH** seeks an experienced and strategic **Deputy Program Manager** to serve as the key interface between our program team and customers in **Chantilly, VA** . In this role, you will help lead a highly technical and mission-focused team providing cutting edge solutions to support our nation’s security.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Serve as the interface between the Program and customers, delivering innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customer and changing business needs.

+ Implement a project management model ensuring a positive customer experience with all Program complex project development, delivery, and implementation services delivered on-time within budget and scope.

+ Create and maintain a master schedule, performing schedule analysis, monitoring project progress against cost and schedule and resolving variances, validating completion of scheduled project activities and milestones, providing weekly updates to customers and Program management.

+ Monitor customer satisfaction which includes interaction with customers and staff.

+ Measure, report, and meet key performance indicators.

+ Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, WI, processes, and procedures.

+ Create and brief presentations, reports, metrics to customers and Program leadership, attending customer meetings and providing detailed minutes as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of technical program and/or project management experience

+ Experience as program or project manager leading and supervising a multi-disciplinary staff of various levels and managing personnel, tasks, and interaction with all levels of customers

+ Experience developing project budgets utilizing service catalogs

+ Experience presenting and briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders

+ Experience with successfully building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base

+ Ability to recommend, develop, and measure key performance indicators (KPI) as needed to monitor performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ PMP® or equivalent project management certification

+ ITIL® v3 Foundation, or higher, certification

Security Clearance Requirements:

+ Active and current TS/SCI with polygraph

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
