    Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Estimator – Kansas City, MO

     

    Pay Range: $60,000 – $120,000

     

    We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform detailed quantity takeoffs

    + Estimate materials and labor hours

    + Solicit vendor and subcontractor quotes

    + Prepare proposals and presentations

    + Conduct site visits and inspections

    + Maintain vendor and contractor relationships

    + Operate estimating software systems

    + Prepare special reports and attend meetings

    Requirements:

    + Background check

    + Drug screen

    + HVAC Technician Certification

    + Plumbing License (as required)

    + Proven estimating experience
