    + Schedule: Day Shift | Flexible | 2+ days per week

    + Hours: 8-hour shifts | As scheduled | Between 7:00 am - 6:30 pm

    What You'll Do

    + Provide professional nursing care under provider supervision

    + Administer medications (oral, SQ, IM, IV drips)

    + Perform IV therapy under RN direction

    + Assist with exams, diagnostic procedures, and treatments

    + Draw blood, take vitals, and assess patient condition

    + Document care and maintain confidentiality

    + Promote wellness through patient education

    + Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing.

    Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

    + Act 33 with renewal

    + Act 34 with renewal

    + Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal

    + Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP)

    + *Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.

    + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) OR Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

    + CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
