As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

Are you passionate about the startup ecosystem and excel in a fast-paced setting where decisions are driven by data and strategic relationship building? NVIDIA is seeking an experienced and purposeful Senior Program Manager to direct the execution and expansion of our Inception and Connect third-party benefits program. Join our team and enable a global network of over 35,000 startups and our leading ecosystem of partners. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead all aspects of the partner lifecycle, from onboarding high-impact partners to monitoring the measurable adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

    What you'll be doing:

+ Build and scale the Offer Partner Program, enhancing existing offers, and expanding the program to bring relevant new offers to the Inception and Connect programs. Lead the strategic execution across NCPs, CSPs, and startup/ISV partners. This includes qualification, approvals, and performance tracking.

+ Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle: Define and track important metrics for offer quality and utilization, monitor churn risks, conduct performance reviews, and drive renewal or sunsetting decisions.

+ Drive operational excellence in onboarding: Own and streamline the partner onboarding process—including form intake, legal validation, and asset collection—to accelerate time-to-launch and improve partner happiness.

+ Instrument data-sharing and reporting: Implement frameworks across NVIDIA and external partners to enable referrals and report on funnel health, benefit utilization, and technology adoption insights.

+ Coordinate cross-functional launches: Lead quarterly benefit publishing cycles, collaborating with Legal, Marketing, and Systems/Salesforce teams to maintain a steady beat of new member value.

    What we need to see:

+ 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, preferably within a startup or high-growth technology environment.

+ BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ Ecosystem Knowledge: A deep passion for the AI startup landscape and a firm understanding of how cloud partnerships (CSPs/NCPs) drive developer offtake.

+ Operational Mastery: Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and building systems that standardize inefficient processes.

+ Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; a strong listener who can translate ambiguous business needs into concrete technical actions.

+ Collaborator Management: Proven ability to influence internal teams and lead external-facing partner engagements with integrity and tact.

+ Technical Tooling: Proficiency with CRM and project management tools, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Jira (or similar platforms).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

+ Strategic Vision: A clear perspective on startup needs.

+ AI for Operations: Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools to streamline internal workflows and program operations.

+ Data Architecture: Experience building or managing third-party data-sharing processes and systems that bridge disparate partner ecosystems.
