PRIMARY FUNCTION
This role is responsible for supporting the configuration, integration, and maintenance of complex systems, including S530 and S500 platforms. The position ensures system performance, compliance, and reliability through hands-on technical work, diagnostics, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams to support production builds.
This position reports directly to NPI Technicians Manager.
DUTIES:
1. Demonstrate technical proficiency in S530 and S500 systems, including setup, calibration, and optimization.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for S530 and S500 units.
3. Perform firmware updates and execute system diagnostics to maintain operational integrity.
4. Interpret and resolve system error codes and alerts for S530 and S500 platforms.
5. Conduct system integration and performance tests; document results and corrective actions.
6. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to meet system requirements and timelines, including support for production builds.
7. Provide Technician support to engineering team on System relation NPI's
8. Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements and process enhancements.
9. Demonstrate ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and system documentation.
10. Apply safe handling and installation practices for electrical components.
11. Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
12. Participate in training sessions and stay current on system advancements.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
SPECIAL DUTIES:
+ Execute installation and integration of S530 and S500 systems in production and test environments.
+ Provide support for operations builds and troubleshooting of S530 and S500 systems
+ Perform calibration and optimization of systems to meet performance specifications.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic components, including soldering and component replacement.
+ Work closely with operations teams to support production builds and resolve system-related issues during manufacturing.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Hands-on experience with S530 and S500 systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
+ Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation.
+ Familiarity with network integration and connectivity protocols.
+ Basic soldering and component-level repair skills.
+ Excellent communication and documentation abilities, including cross-functional collaboration with operations teams.
+ Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 52,200.00 - 96,900.00
