Job Information:
+ Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, shifts from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
+ Location: 4322 Maray Dr, Rockford, IL 61107
+ Pay Range: $18/hr, with additional commission eligibility tied to appointments set and successfully completed by a sales rep.
Position Overview: The Customer Outreach Specialist is a proactive, customer-focused role responsible for engaging homeowners via phone, text, and email to generate qualified in-home consultation appointments for Feldco’s sales team. This role operates in a high-volume outbound calling environment and serves as the first point of re-engagement for many homeowners, representing Feldco’s brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Proactively contact prior Feldco customers and support targeted cold-call campaigns to schedule in-home consultations.
+ Build rapport quickly, identify homeowner needs, and effectively communicate the value of a no-obligation consultation.
+ Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
+ Meet or exceed daily call, appointment, and conversion goals.
+ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and appointment quality.
+ Represent Feldco’s brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity in all interactions.
Key Requirements:
+ Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales preferred.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
+ Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems or similar platforms.
+ Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Optional / Preferred Skills:
+ Familiarity with home improvement industry or B2C sales.
+ Experience with appointment setting or lead generation software.
