    Summary:

    This role is critical in supporting Infra Data Centers (IDC) capacity planning efforts related to the AI Supply Plan, Retrofits and TechMods Portfolio as well as the way we approach our capacity planning processes.

    Required Skills:

    Program Development Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Develop, assess and accurately report on planning project's cost, schedule and risk for each quarter/bi-annual/monthly submissions. This is critical for the accuracy of our business financial/cashflow reporting

    2. Set strategy in partnership with Data Center and Network teams, Finance and Capacity teams to determine future connectivity and retrofit work

    3. Providing feedback and pertinent information to cross-functional partners and peers to enable accurate delivery of a coordinated AI Supply Plan

    4. Driving and holding upstream teams accountable for decision making and deliverables

    5. Coordinating with internal design and construction partners to deliver a comprehensive plan that represents cost/schedule/risk accurately

    6. Communicating and reporting to leadership on status of future work planning

    7. Coordinate and communicate the plan across internal teams, enabling the execution teams to move forward with the approved plan

    8. Creating and maintaining CapEx budgets for projects in the planning space. Then training and educating Operations/Delivery when transitioning budgets to Active

    9. Creating and maintaining P6 schedules for projects in the planning space, including end to end schedule reporting. Then training and educating Operations/Delivery when transitioning budgets to Active

    10. Creating a strategy and framework for risk reporting and communication as part of the Capacity Plan

    11. Supporting Strategic Systems Engineers with evolving concepts that impacts the existing program

    12. Scenario planning to account for the capacity plan’s changing variables and responsible for supporting cross-functional teams (e.g. Strategic Planning, Finance) with context on technical constraints as an expert in preconstruction, logistics and construction planning

    Minimum Qualifications:

    13. 10+ years direct professional experience in project planning and construction management

    14. Demonstrated knowledge to understand the design and deployment of technical electrical, mechanical and connectivity systems

    15. Experience in commercial construction management (pre-construction, contracting, scheduling, estimating, cost management)

    16. Knowledge of how to build, update, and apply the information found in project schedules including identification of the critical path

    17. Coordination skills to lead a team of broad backgrounds and experience towards a single project outcome

    18. Demonstrated experience in communication and reporting skills

    Public Compensation:

    $170,000/year to $238,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
