Job Description
The Change Manager will oversee a high volume of technical change requests for a single enterprise client. This role manages four Change Advisory Board (CAB) groups, one that even meets 2x per week to process changes, vets and prioritizes change requests, and ensures all changes are submitted, approved, and implemented according to ITIL best practices. The Change Manager will respond to urgent and emergency changes, maintain rigorous documentation, and collaborate closely with Ovation and client leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate CAB meetings across four groups, including vetting and prioritizing change requests for board review.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure change requests are complete, accurate, and compliant with client standards.
Respond to emergency and urgent change requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Track and report on change volumes, trends, and outcomes; fill heat maps to optimize resource allocation.
Ensure all changes are submitted, approved, and implemented correctly, maintaining rigorous documentation and audit trails.
Partner with company and client leadership to support project goals and address operational challenges.
Train on all client systems and processes to ensure readiness for supporting a wide range of change activities.
Maintain strong relationships with CAB members, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Promote and enforce ITIL-based change control and technical change management best practices.

Skills and Requirements
-2+ years’ experience in change management, technical change control, or ITIL-based process management.
-Experience managing high volumes of change and facilitating CAB meetings (i.e. minimum 1 CAB meeting per week, 10-20 changes per month)
-Strong attention to detail with strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
-Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and enterprise service desk operations. • Experience supporting healthcare or enterprise clients.
• Advanced knowledge of change management tools and reporting.
• ITIL certification or equivalent.
