    Job Description

    The Mortgage Closing Manager is responsible for leading a team of Mortgage Closers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant closings of mortgage loans across multiple channels. This role requires deep expertise in mortgage closing processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage escalations that could delay funding. The Manager will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, provide guidance on complex issues, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficiency, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of mortgage closing experience with strong knowledge of closing processes and documentation.

     

    2–3 years of management or leadership experience (flexible based on qualifications).

     

    Expertise in handling and resolving escalations that impact loan closings.

     

    Strong analytical skills to pull reports and monitor closing timelines.
