    Job Description

    Responsible for defining system scope and objectives, developing and revising procedures, and preparing technical documentation. Duties include analyzing system logic, testing and debugging upgrades, and ensuring compliance with change management policies. Provides support for multiple software applications, resolves implementation issues, mentors junior team members, and leads assigned projects while modeling customer service excellence.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 4 years Specific Systems experience with demonstrated competency in department as a Systems Analyst OR 8 years Planning, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Analysis of programs and software OR 4 years relevant experience with bachelor’s in computer science field

    • Back end build experience in Cerner OR Cerner Millennium build experience

    • Prior Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacist Experience

    • Must be experienced in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design.

    • Must have participated in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation.
