As a people leader, you will build, mentor, and inspire your team, while contributing to the broader leadership of the UX organization and its partnerships across the company. As a teammate you will help break down silos and invest in finding ways to improve our shared culture and product experience practice.

You will be a great addition to the Splunk Product Experience organization if you:

    • Use objective research and a rigorous design process to drive measurable business outcomes with lasting impact

    • Communicate clearly and can articulate complex concepts to audiences at all levels, including executive leadership

    • Have experience evaluating UX maturity and design compatibility in the context of acquisitions or large integrations

    • Love building strong, healthy teams as much as crafting great product experiences

    • Are excited by technology and innovation in general and always seek to explore new ways we can integrate emerging technologies like AI into our products and result in solutions that differentiate us in a competitive market
