Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and personal hygiene.

+ Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.

+ Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

+ Deliver compassionate and respectful care to all residents.

Qualifications:

+ Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification if relocating.

+ Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.

+ Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
