Job Overview

This position is responsible for all audio and visual editing for a live shows.

Job Responsibilities

• Video editing capabilities which meet a high standard of accuracy, adheres to mandated regulations, and ethics.

• Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud including but not limited to Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.

• Responsible for daily video archiving.

• Must display the ability to manage time effectively, and meet strict daily, and hourly deadlines.

• Effective and efficient file management.

• Strong writing, and communications skills. Proper articulation of requests, along with timely, and frequent responses and/or updates to stated requests.

• Sanitize, as well as continuous maintenance of editing booths, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience editing daily stories for daily newscasts or related field.

• Must be willing to work weekends, nights, early mornings, holidays, and overtime when necessary.

• Must be able to perform duties and maintain professionalism under extreme deadline pressure.
