Position Summary...

The Senior Manager Operations - Business and Tech Operations Planning and Roadmap orchestrates end-to-end feature delivery across upstream and last-mile delivery platforms. This strategic individual contributor acts as Chief of Staff to the Senior Director, bridging upstream roadmaps (specialty delivery, customer experience) with last-mile execution to provide unified timeline visibility.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional cross-functional coordination, strategic roadmap management, and ability to operate across multiple organizations without direct authority. This role requires thriving on complexity, building trust across org boundaries, and answering "when will this ship?" for features spanning 5+ teams.

The team leads platform strategy and vendor partnerships advancing Walmart's InHome and 3P delivery ecosystem. Focus areas include technology integration, carrier orchestration, and operational excellence across gig and InHome platforms. The group drives cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, reliable, cost-effective solutions. Team members apply expertise in platform integrations, project management, and data analysis supporting strategic initiatives. By implementing innovative business processes and leveraging technology partnerships, the team optimizes capacity and performance. Committed to measurable results, this group bridges upstream roadmaps with last-mile execution, ensuring unified visibility across specialty delivery, customer experience, and operational platforms.

What you'll do...

+ End-to-End Roadmap Orchestration: Own complete feature delivery timelines across upstream roadmaps and last-mile platforms. Translate multi-org dependencies into executive-ready milestones.

+ Strategic Chief of Staff Function: Act as trusted advisor to Senior Director, anticipating needs and removing roadblocks. Monitor upstream strategy and synthesize insights from 5+ team roadmaps for executive consumption.

+ Cross-Org Leadership: Build partnerships with upstream product leaders without formal authority. Navigate organizational complexity to drive consensus, facilitate alignment across competing priorities, and proactively identify timeline conflicts before they become blockers.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
