Plant Systems Integrator

As our Plant Systems Integrator, you will serve as the heartbeat of our facility's manufacturing systems, ensuring the seamless integration of network infrastructure and core applications. Responsibilities:
+ Spearhead all manufacturing system integration activities and lead capital projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring strict adherence to Global IT and Plant Systems standards.
+ Plan and implement upgrades for manufacturing servers, databases, and hardware including Thin Clients, SQL Servers, and UPS systems to maintain high operational reliability.
+ Plan, manage and implement applicable upgrades to manufacturing applications MES, SQL, Thinmanager, Server Operating Systems, Wonderware Applications and other business critical applications
+ Configure and manage industrial digital protocols using PLCs, and automation systems while designing real-time KPI dashboards using tools like SQL Reporting Services or Domo.
+ Coordinate the implementation of Global IT Cybersecurity initiatives and maintain site-level compliance to protect our operational technology environment.
+ Advocate for a culture of data accuracy across all manufacturing applications, including ERP (SAP) interactions and SQL data exchanges.
+ Liaise with Global IT and Regional teams to roll out policy upgrades, ensuring the site remains agile and aligned with broader corporate initiatives.
+ Lead by example in safety (EHS) and quality (GMP/Food Safety) while demonstrating Leadership Principles to empower peers and foster an agile, courageous environment.
Required Qualifications:
+ B.S. degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, technology management, or database administration.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience directly supporting an industrial manufacturing environment.
+ Proven proficiency in managing and maintaining manufacturing server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory (AD/ID), Thin Clients, or UPS systems.
+ You have a demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while adhering to IT compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ M.S. or M.B.A. degree.
+ Experience with specialized manufacturing software such as MES, MII, OPERA, Thinmanager, or Rockwell Asset Center and other Rockwell Suites.
+ Strong experience with SAP, Wonderware, MES, MII, and Rockwell Asset Center.
+ Strong proficiency in SAP, specifically managing IDocs and critical data interactions between ERP systems and manufacturing applications.
+ Technical knowledge of Industrial Digital Techniques and protocols, including PLCs, RFID Readers, Date Coders, and Control System Digital Logics.
+ Proven experience in the administration and maintenance of SQL Server and site manufacturing databases to ensure data integrity. Experience designing and maintaining Plant KPI dashboards using SQL Reporting Services or visualization tools like Domo.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $83,200.00 - $125,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, (Up to 8% paid quarterly), profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
