    Job Description

    To ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain all public areas and guestrooms on an on-going basis (corner guards, locks, windows, doors, and furniture.)

    + Keep the hotel decor in good condition.

    + Clean all work areas after completing job.

    + Fill out daily work form.

    + Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools.

    + Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.

    + Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels’ rules and regulations.

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience is desirable in hotel setting.

    + High school or equivalent education required.

    + Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.

    + Must have a flexible availability, to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
