    As a **Security Officer - Retail Bike Patrol** in **Los Angeles, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a commercial real estate location. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will interact with visitors and tenants, support a welcoming environment, and embody our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity through teamwork and a people-first approach.

    What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

    + Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.

    + Assist visitors and tenants with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

    + Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior within the property through visible patrols and attentive presence.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

    + Must be at least 21 years of age.

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

    + Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
