Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Warehouse Systems is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Generalist. We are looking for an efficient and reliable HR Generalist to undertake a variety of HR activities including but not limited to the following: Recruiting, hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employment laws and regulations including Affirmative Action and other.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Associates degree or higher or one year of HR related experience with supervisor approval.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment

+ SHRM or other professional certification

+ Proficient in Excel

+ Ability to speak and understand Spanish
