As a **Security Officer - Hospital Entry Patrols** in **Baldwin Park, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a reassuring presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with controlling access to restricted areas within the healthcare facility as directed by site procedures.

+ Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing clear communication.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
