What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with the resolution of issues as they arise.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintaining a visible presence.

+ Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help support a secure environment for personnel and visitors.

+ Document observations and incidents according to company and client protocols, maintaining accurate records for review.

+ Assist with enforcing rules and regulations specific to the location, addressing violations in accordance with established procedures.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to provide a positive experience for all individuals at the site.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
