Our client, a high-end dining establishment located in Palm Springs, CA, is seeking a dedicated and professional Dining-room Hostess to join their team. As a Dining-room Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service in a sophisticated environment.

**Job Title:** Dining-room Hostess

**Location:** Palm Springs, CA

**Pay Range:** $25-$26 per hour

**Shift:** Various shifts available

What's the Job?

+ Assist with seating arrangements and manage guest flow efficiently

+ Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in transactions

+ Support customer service team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

+ Utilize POS systems to manage orders, payments, and inventory tracking

+ Collaborate closely with supervisors to maintain high standards of dining-room etiquette and professionalism

What's Needed?

+ At least 1 year of experience working with POS systems

+ Strong customer service skills and experience in a high-end restaurant environment

+ Knowledge of dining-room etiquette and professionalism

+ Excellent computer skills and familiarity with digital POS hardware and software

+ Ability to work various shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment
