    Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be part of the operations department supporting various shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Warehouse Team Lead

    **Location:** Phillipsburg, NJ

     

    Pay Range: $19-23/hourly

     

    Shift: 7am-3:30pm (1st shift)

     

    12pm-9pm (2nd shift

     

    - Schedule: **Monday through Sunday** , with two days off alternating weekly

     

    - **Overtime** as needed

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations

    + Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to meet productivity goals

    + Assist in training new employees and maintaining safety standards

    + Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation

    + Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to communicate effectively in bilingual settings

    + Strong leadership and team management skills

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

    + Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols

    + Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required
