    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and processing industry, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift to join their team. As a Material Handler/Forklift, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Material Handler/Forklift

    **Location:** Fountain, CO

     

    Pay Range: $18.00/hour

     

    **Shift:** Second (4pm-2:30am, Monday-Thursday, 4x10 shift)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure the organic materials flow smoothly through the shakers, maintaining continuous operation.

    + Coordinate with heavy equipment operators to fill shakers accurately and efficiently.

    + Perform housekeeping duties including scraping, sweeping, shoveling, and stacking bags to maintain a clean work environment.

    + Assist with restocking pallets and supporting general site cleanup as directed by the foreman.

    + Monitor and report any equipment issues to maintenance personnel to prevent operational disruptions.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

    + Entry-level experience preferred, with a willingness to learn.

    + Basic electrical troubleshooting, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair skills are a plus.

    + Ability to follow safety practices diligently to ensure personal and team safety.

    + Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on your feet for most of the day.
