    What You'll Do:

    + Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols at the automotive facility.

    + Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises and document all visitor and contractor activity as required.

    + Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and/or contractors while adhering to site-specific policies.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to established procedures.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe for irregularities and report any security-related concerns.

    + Assist with emergency response activities and follow Allied Universal and site-specific procedures as appropriate.

    + Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports regarding daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Access control or badge experience is preferred.

    + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + A guard card or license is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
